Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a PSV Engineer / Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Mechanic in Peterborough to join our client's engineering team. The role focuses on servicing and repairing public service vehicles and ensuring safety and reliability.

You will work Monday to Friday day shift with overtime options. A City & Guilds or NVQ in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and a valid car licence are required. This position offers a competitive salary with potential overtime and career progression.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs.
• Valid car driving licence.

Responsibilities

• General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles.
• Cope with the day-to-day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings.
• Vehicle inspections.
• MOT preparation / presentation.
• Correction of running defects.
