Rise Technical Recruitment is helping a leading UK transport company recruit a Workshop Manager to lead a team of engineers in a busy PSV/HGV workshop in Perth. The role focuses on safe, reliable bus maintenance and driving technical progression.

You will manage and mentor staff, drive targets, and liaise with operations to ensure PVR targets are met while pursuing specialist training and career advancement within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor
• Excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge of PCV operations
• Looking for a long-term career with technical progression and specialist training

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Engineers in the workshop
• Motivating staff to meet targets and maintain high standards in the maintenance and cleaning of our buses
• Working with Operations to ensure PVR is met at all times
