Job summary

CD Auto Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking multiple PSV Engineers for permanent roles across South and South West London. You will service, repair and inspect PSV vehicles, diagnose faults and prepare units for MOT in a modern facility with strong progression opportunities.

Shifts rotate: 7 On / 3 Off and 7 On / 4 Off. A PCV licence is advantageous but not essential. Competitive overtime and a clear career path are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as PSV Engineer, Bus Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle Technician.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of DVSA inspection and maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on PSV vehicles.
• Completing scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Identifying and repairing defective or worn components.
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and statutory inspections.
• Completing maintenance documentation accurately.
• Ensuring all work meets DVSA and company standards.
• Supporting fleet availability and minimising vehicle downtime.
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and workmanship.
