Qualifications

• Deliver PSHE & RSE learning to students.
• Support safeguarding and student welfare.
• Assist with progression to employment or Higher Education (UCAS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver the skills students need to progress into employment or Higher Education, and run group tutorials on safeguarding and employability.
• Deliver learning using appropriate technologies, provide feedback to students, and support individual needs.
• Maintain communication with students, College staff and parents/carers using various channels.
• Conduct one-to-one sessions to review progress and welfare concerns, guiding students on goals.
• Collaborate with safeguarding and college support services to provide a safe environment.
• Monitor student progress, including attendance and UCAS applications as needed.
• Engage with internal departments and represent the College in events and open days.
