Surgical assessment Clinic Unit Dr Grays Hospital

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Staff nurse in the Surgical Assessment Clinic at Dr Grays Hospital. This post is full time and consists mostly of 12 hour shifts however at times may change to meet the need of the service. These hours are worked between Monday to Friday. The post will be annualised hours to meet the needs of the service. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing safe and effective standards of care with excellent communication and computer skills.

This post requires someone who is assertive and can work independently, and is able to prioritise their own workload. We are a dedicated team who promote patient safety and wellbeing. We are looking to recruit an individual dedicated to continued learning. The individual should have a minimum of two years post registration surgical experience as a band 5 with current acute surgical nursing experience in a healthcare setting. The successful individual should be able to meet the demands of the service and have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
