My client is a leading professional services firm with several sites across the UK, looking for a new member for their prudential risk team to work across their 1st and 2nd line risk functions. You will cover aspects of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk, playing a key role in rolling out their prudential risk framework and supporting clients.

The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to the London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Understanding of Prudential Regulations to write policies that meet regulatory requirements
• ACCA / ACA or CIMA qualification
• Comfort working between the 1st and 2nd lines of defense
• Exposure to credit risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk frameworks, including ICAAP and ILAAP reporting
• Ability to build relationships across business areas to ensure policy implementation
• Capability to work from the top down, engaging with C-suite executives and business users
• Ability to challenge users to ensure policy adherence
