My client is a leading professional services firm with several sites across the UK, looking for a new member for their prudential risk team to work across their 1st and 2nd line risk functions. You will cover aspects of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk, playing a key role in implementing their prudential risk framework to support clients.

The role offers flexibility to work remotely but requires occasional visits to the London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.

• Experience with credit risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk frameworks, including ICAAP and ILAAP reporting.
• Ability to build relationships across business areas to ensure policy compliance.
• Capability to work from the top down, collaborating with C-suite executives and business users to implement policies.
• Ability to challenge users to ensure policies are regularly followed.
