Standard Life is seeking a Pricing Actuarial Analyst to join our Bulk Purchase Annuity team in the UK. You will work on real BPA pricing exercises, cashflow modelling and complex transactions from day one, supported by mentors and a strong study package.

Be nearly qualified actuary with practical experience in actuarial cash flow modelling and GMP-related calculations. The role offers hybrid working between the London office and home, with regional flexibility.

Qualifications

• Practical experience of actuarial cash flow modelling for bespoke projects and exercises.
• Strong knowledge of defined benefit pensions incl GMP, franking and deferred member benefit calculations.
• Awareness of Solvency II and the Matching Adjustment in bulk annuity modelling and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Work with Pricing Managers on ongoing management of BPA transactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute data cleanses and GMP equalisation.
• Lead cash flow and pricing model production with robust controls.
