Job summary

BBL Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Property Partnerships Account Manager / Property Manager for a PRS and Supported Living portfolio in London with hybrid working and travel to client meetings.

The role requires proven PRS experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder engagement. ARLA/CIH qualification is desirable, with a starting salary up to £60k plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Property Partnerships Account Manager / Property Manager (PRS) - London (Hybrid) - £50-60k

We're working with a major national provider of integrated housing and property services who are looking to hire a Property Partnerships Account Manager / Property Manager for a PRS and Supported Living Portfolio as follows:

• London based with hybrid working and travel to client meetings.
• Overseeing key partnerships relating to the management of a PRS and supported living portfolio
• Establishing and overseeing systems and processes to ensure effective management of leasehold occupiers
• Delivering a Property Management Service with a focus on returns for institutional investors

Suitable Property Partnerships Account Manager / Property Manager applicants will have:

• Proven experience in the PRS, exposure to leading operational property management or holding a senior property management position. Strong financial acumen, including experience with KPI reporting, P&L management, and budget oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
• The ability to lead and deliver complex projects, ensuring compliance, onboarding efficiency, and service improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• ARLA or CIH qualification is desirable
