g&p Group Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Prototype Engine Build Fitter to support a leading automotive engineering programme based in Whitley. The role covers assembly, strip, rework and inspection of prototype engine units, in a fast-paced development environment.
You will work closely with engineering, test operations and prototype build teams to meet milestones, maintain quality and safety standards, and document build records and inspections.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Prototype Engine Build Fitter to support a leading automotive engineering programme based in Whitley.
Working within a prototype and development environment, you'll be responsible for the assembly, strip, rework and inspection of prototype engine units, supporting vehicle development activities and ensuring builds are completed to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on contract role suited to experienced Engine Builders, Mechanical Fitters, Prototype Technicians or Vehicle Technicians with a strong mechanical background.
