Job summary

YT Technologies in Bristol is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support prototype hardware components from design to validation. You will work with the CAM Programmer and report to the Prototype Manufacturing Manager to deliver one-off and low-volume parts to precise tolerances.

Essential requirements include 3+ years setting and operating multi-axis milling machines and CNC lathes, Fanuc G-code programming, and strong GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years setting and operating multi-axis milling machines and CNC lathes.
• Knowledge of Fanuc / ISO G code programming.
• Competency with hand measurement tools like micrometers and vernier calipers.
• Strong understanding of 2D drawings and GD&T principles.
• In-depth knowledge of metal cutting tools and techniques.
• Ability to machine and inspect components to <10 tolerance.
