Job summary

Foods Connected is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst – Protein to transform complex meat and protein data into tangible opportunities for Europe’s leading retailers and manufacturers.

You will join the protein and strategic procurement team, work on live customer projects, and contribute to value delivery through data onboarding, platform demonstrations, and workshops. This is a hybrid role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years’ experience in an analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable building models with large datasets.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large customer datasets (yield, costing, carcass, supplier and market data).
• Build and maintain carcass balance, cut-out value and costing models; benchmark against market indices.
• Quantify opportunities such as yield improvement and cost reduction with ROI calculations.
• Produce market reports and trend analyses providing commercial context.
• Deliver client projects from kickoff to go-live including data onboarding and validation.
• Configure and demonstrate the platform; run customer workshops; present reports to clients.
• Build dashboards that provide ROI evidence and track improvements.
