Job summary

Pivotal is seeking a Protection Training & Development Manager to enhance protection outcomes by developing advisers, leaders and businesses through coaching, training and performance consultancy. Success is measured by improvements in protection penetration, revenue per adviser and client outcomes.

You will design protection curricula, run workshops and induction, provide one-to-one coaching and perform visits to partner firms to assess performance and shape development plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in protection with leadership and training delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of FCA expectations.
• Experience creating learning content and presenting to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Training: design protection curricula, deliver workshops and masterclasses, run new adviser induction, leadership development and the Business Protection Academy.
• Coaching: one-to-one and call coaching, AI review sessions, performance improvement plans.
• Performance consultancy: visit partner firms to observe advisers, analyse performance, identify capability gaps and support development plans.
