Job summary

Azets Wealth Management is seeking a Protection Adviser to deliver high-quality, client-centric protection advice to existing clients across the UK. The role involves identifying needs, researching suitable solutions, and presenting clear, compliant recommendations that align with client objectives while supporting business growth.

Working with Wealth Advisers and support teams, you will help protect clients against life risks, close protection gaps, and maintain robust client relationships,

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated financial advice role.
• Experience with a range of product providers / whole market proposition.
• Exposure to business protection.
• CII Level 4 qualified or relevant qualification to support regulated protection advice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client protection reviews and needs assessments.
• Provide regulated protection advice on life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection, family income benefit, and related protection solutions.
• Develop strong internal referral relationships across the business and maximise protection penetration.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and complete accurate client documentation and reports.
• Support continuous improvement and share best practice with colleagues.
