Job summary

Pivotal is seeking a Protection Training & Development Manager to enhance protection outcomes by coaching, training and performance consultancy for advisers, leaders and businesses. Success is measured by improvements in protection penetration, revenue per adviser, case quality and client outcomes.

The role focuses on designing curriculum, delivering workshops, coaching, and performance consultancy with partner firms to drive capability and commercial uplift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in protection with leadership and training delivery experience.
• Good understanding of FCA expectations.
• Experience creating learning content and presenting to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design protection curriculum, deliver workshops and induction programs, and lead leadership development.
• Provide one-to-one coaching and review sessions, including AI session reviews and performance plans.
• Visit partner firms to observe advisers, analyse performance, identify gaps and support development plans.
