Based in our London office with on-call rotations, you will work cross-functionally with product, policy, and engineering teams to scale monitoring, detection, and enforcement for high-risk harms.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of technical analysis and detection experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience in trust and safety and collaboration with policy, enforcement and engineering teams.
• Experience with data engineering basics and ML concepts; productionised code is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Scope and implement abuse monitoring for new product launches.
• Sustain monitoring ops for existing products and automate subtasks.
• Prototype and mature production systems for detection, review, and enforcement of major harms.
• Collaborate with Product, Policy, Ops, Investigative and Engineering teams to address risks.
