Formación

• At least four years of experience in technical analysis and detection, especially using SQL and Python.
• Experience in trust and safety or working closely with policy, enforcement, and engineering teams.
• Experience with basic data engineering, machine learning principles, and production coding.

Responsabilidades

• Scope and implement abuse monitoring requirements for new product launches.
• Improve monitoring operations for existing products, developing automated approaches.
• Prototype detection, review, and enforcement systems for major harms.
• Collaborate with product, policy, ops, and investigative teams to understand risks.
