The opportunity
We aim to be the best retail protection provider in the UK, offering a great experience for our advisers, customers, and staff.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Protection Product Consultant to join our team. You'll help design, implement, and manage Zurich’s protection products that our customers need to secure their financial futures.
This role lets you support every stage of delivering our protection product development plan. You'll work in multi-functional teams to balance speed to market, project costs, regulatory compliance, and shareholder return. You'll make sure all proposition developments are designed and implemented with good customer outcomes as the main focus.
We are looking for someone who puts customers first and knows the UK financial services market well. Ideally, you have experience in retail protection. You should be eager to learn and understand the entire customer journey to make sure our protection plans always deliver good results for customers.
Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, multiple home office locations, hybrid working or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Periodic travel to our head office in Swindon is expected for face to face meetings as the work dictates. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.
What will you be doing?
You’ll work with Proposition Development colleagues and other teams to design, implement, and maintain new and existing propositions on our Life Protection Platform.
