Working Hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Location: Flexible, with some travel to our Life Head Office in Swindon.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the protection market, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Developing ideas to enhance existing and new propositions.
• Assessing feasibility of new product ideas and building business cases.
• Leading or supporting projects related to protection propositions.
