• Strong knowledge of life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
• Ability to convert mortgage-related protection referrals.
• Comfort reviewing and developing an established client bank.

Responsibilities

• Conduct protection fact-finds and needs assessments.
• Explain policy benefits, exclusions and costs clearly.
• Manage protection applications through underwriting to policy commencement.
• Maintain accurate customer and compliance records.
