As part of our continued growth, we're looking for ambitious and resilient individuals to join our Sales Team. No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss their protection needs.
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.
