Job summary

Prostate Cancer UK is seeking a Research and Insights Manager to join the Appeal and High Value Operations Fundraising team. You will lead prospect research, due diligence and insights to unlock relationships and build a robust pipeline for our £100 million Raise the Game campaign.

You will turn data into concise insights, produce senior-level briefings, and help shape cultivation plans. The role requires collaborative leadership and a commitment to equity and inclusion within a dynamic charity

Qualifications

• Experience in prospect research, due diligence or insight within fundraising or charity sectors.
• Strong understanding of high-value fundraising and donor engagement.
• Confident researching high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations and companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality prospect research, due diligence and insight to build a strong funding pipeline.
• Develop prospect profiles and identify opportunities to support fundraising goals.
• Produce concise briefings for senior stakeholders to inform cultivation and planning.
• Coach and mentor a junior team member and collaborate across fundraising teams.
