Job summary

Thales in Oxford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Propulsion Industrialisation Expert to drive industrial readiness for flight production. You will lead propulsion subsystem industrialisation, define TRD baselines, and collaborate with MAIT, AIT teams, and suppliers to ensure Supplier readiness and robust test means from early design stages.

The role requires strong MAIT experience and a solid understanding of industrialisation principles, with engagement across CPS/EP technologies.

Qualifications

• MAIT experience and IVVQ understanding.
• Experience in propulsion industrialisation or related role.
• Strong supplier management and issue resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret mission and system requirements and establish baseline TRD for propulsion subsystem.
• Act as primary technical contact for propulsion subsystem including MAIT and architecture aspects.
• Interface with customer teams, PMO, AIT, procurement and other subsystems.
• Lead propulsion subsystem industrialisation activities for early design stages.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure recurring delivery in line with programme needs.
• Coordinate with AIT facility in Belfast and suppliers to meet production rate.
