Thales in Crawley is seeking an Industrialisation Engineer (NPI) to lead the later stages of the New Product Introduction journey and drive production readiness from prototype to manufacturing.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning and other stakeholders to set up processes, tooling, routing and ERP/MES integration while championing Lean improvement and MRL milestones across the organisation.
