This is a great job for someone who is passionate about personal finance (savings, investments, pensions, etc.), end-to-end product development, comfortable working in ambiguity, and ready to lead cross-functional change. You may have a background in savings or investment propositions, or experience delivering change programmes—either way, you're someone who can take a concept and turn it into a customer-centric solution.
A bit about the job:
You’ll join the fast-growing Direct Wealth team, which currently offers cash savings, ISAs, investment accounts, and SIPPs. As a Proposition Manager, you’ll own the delivery of new and enhanced propositions across our full product suite and oversee the roadmap for future features. You’ll work closely with digital change teams and senior stakeholders to shape customer journeys and ensure regulatory alignment. Your work will help strengthen our market position and drive tangible customer and commercial outcomes.
