We’re looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to join our Individual Annuities team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, covering business-as-usual activities while a colleague supports a project.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled and collaborative team responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of product plans and roadmaps across our Individual Annuities portfolio.
You’ll be accountable for managing day-to-day proposition delivery, including product governance and ensuring adherence to internal processes and regulatory standards. You will also coach, support, and develop your team to empower their growth.
