18-month FTC

We’re looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to join our Individual Annuities team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, covering business-as-usual activities while a colleague supports a project.

About the role:

This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled and collaborative team responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of product plans and roadmaps across our Individual Annuities portfolio.

You’ll be accountable for managing day-to-day proposition delivery, including product governance and ensuring adherence to internal processes and regulatory standards. You will also coach, support, and develop your team to empower their growth.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited for someone who enjoys managing detail, solving problems, and working collaboratively across teams to achieve results.

Skills and experience required:

• A strong background in proposition development and product governance, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
• A customer-first mindset and practical understanding of Consumer Duty, balancing good customer outcomes with commercial and risk considerations.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for cross-business collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver key outputs.
