Proposals Manager
Location - Hull

Are you a Proposals Engineer / Manager looking for a new challenge?
Do you have a mechanical or electrical background?

If so, we are recruiting a Proposals Manager to work for a world leading engineering company who designs automated material handling solutions.

What's in it for you:
·£50k to £60k basic salary
·25 days holiday plus bank holidays
·Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

What will you be doing?
·You'll be responsible for the management and administration of the tender preparation process for £multi-million bids.
·This will include gathering all the information to produce an offer: mechanical, electrical and control design, legal, project, finance, production, RFP to supplier, bid writing, etc.

What you'll need:
·Degree, HNC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
·Strong project management skills
·3 years' experience in Tender preparation.
·Previous experience as a mechanical, electrical or control systems design or project engineer.
