Proposal Engineer (Generators)

£45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Hybrid + Company Car + Progression Opportunities + Private Healthcare

Remote

Are you an experienced electrical proposal engineer with experience in the wholesale power supply industry?

Are you looking to join an award winning supplier within the power solution industry, offering progression opportunities and an excellent remuneration package?

This fast-growing company are UK leaders in critical power installations, sales, hire and maintenance. During a period of rapid growth they are looking for a new proposal engineer.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for proposal preparation and writing, utilising expertise in electrical engineering to support the sales and procurement teams. You will create proposals, estimations, and specifications for power supply products including diesel and gas generators.

This is a primarily a remote role but you will be provided with a company car to attend client site visits where necessary.

The Role:

• Preparing and editing proposals and estimations for the sales and procurement teams




• Writing specifications for a range of equipment including diesel and gas generators and other spare engine parts




• Present face to face proposals as required




• Attend client site visits




• Using expertise in electrical engineering to advise the sales team on products and specifications

The Person:

• Background in electrical engineering with experience in generators
