We're working with a growing, successful Market Research agency that is looking for a talented copywriter to work exclusively on proposals for their Consumer / B2B business clients. The role involves enhancing the quality of proposals and the overall work process.

The Proposal Copywriter will lead the writing component for designing proposals.

We are seeking someone with a background in copywriting or proposal writing, either in-house or freelance, who can craft persuasive and professional copy.

What You'll Be Doing

Collaborating with a senior team of researchers and the Head of Client Strategy to write proposals for various brands. You will partner with a senior researcher on each proposal to gather all necessary details to tailor the copy effectively.

You will work closely with the commercial team to improve proposal win rates.

You'll Need:

• Excellent written English with sharp, engaging copy skills and strong grammar
• Proven experience creating content for business audiences, especially proposals, bids, or commercial decks
• The ability to understand complex ideas quickly and craft clear, persuasive narratives with adaptable tone of voice for different clients
• Confidence in using Word and PowerPoint to structure and present content
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, even under tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize workload and adapt as needed
• A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with a team of creative specialists
