The Dains Group is hiring a Junior Bid Writer to join our Burton-based team. This graduate role offers a clear path into bid writing, with collaborative work and a hybrid option.

You’ll support creation of proposals, gather information, write and edit content, and ensure submissions meet client requirements. The role focuses on detail and strong written communication, with comprehensive induction and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 120 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
• 2:1 honour degree/predicated.

As part of the GHE team, you will support the creation of compelling, high-quality proposals and tender submissions that help win new business opportunities. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will gather information, write and edit content, ensure submissions meet client requirements, and maintain bid documentation.
