Job summary

Johns&Co, based in London, is recruiting a Property Visits Coordinator to manage the six-month visit cycle across a large portfolio from VOX Studios, Vauxhall. You will source suppliers for gaps, keep clients updated on visit progress, and develop self-service reporting for tenants who cannot provide access.

You will work closely with Property Management, Lettings and Rent Review teams to improve processes and escalation handling, while delivering a reliable client service in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or client-facing operations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage rolling visit schedules.
• Clear communication with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the visit schedule in full and ensure it is met.
• Source extra suppliers to cover gaps where needed.
• Keep clients informed if a visit cannot be met.
• Build a self-service reporting route for tenants who cannot provide access.
• Improve coordination with Property Management, Lettings and Rent Review teams.
• Manage a clear escalation process for tenants who repeatedly fail to provide access.
