Job summary

Viewber | Nationwide Property Support is seeking freelance property appointment specialists to assist with property viewings, photography, and related tasks across the UK. You can work in your spare time and accept appointments that fit your schedule.

Appointments typically pay per session, with common rates around £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing, and higher pays for longer or more complex assignments. DBS/Disclosure certificates within the last 3 years are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and feel comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and meet & greet appointments for potential buyers or tenants.
• Take photographs, create floor plans, and assist with inspections as required.
