Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a driven Property Valuer for haart Estate Agents in Colchester. This pivotal role focuses on growing market share, building strong client relationships, and securing new instructions in the local market.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Experience as an Estate Agent or Valuer
• Ability to work in a team and lead where needed
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
• Generate new and repeat business
• Acquire new instructions for properties to market
• Market properties to buyers with effective marketing
• Prepare contracts and manage property transactions
• Upsell additional products and services
• Create brochures with photos and descriptions
• Canvass the local area and engage in prospecting
