haart Estate Agents in Norwich is seeking a motivated Property Valuer to grow market share and outperform competitors. You will leverage local market knowledge and strong customer service to win instructions and drive sales.

The role offers a complete on-target earnings package of £50,000 per year, plus a start-up salary month and Bonus Builder support, with an uncapped commission and a company car. Training towards Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Experience as an Estate Agent ready for the next step in your career.
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable environment.
• Supports your manager by helping to lead the team.
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative and stay proactive.
• Good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Solid IT skills (basic Microsoft packages).
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
• Generating new and repeat business.
• Gaining new instructions for properties to market.
• Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills.
• Completing contracts on properties.
• Upselling additional products.
• Preparing brochures with photos and descriptions.
• Canvassing the local area and door knocking.
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.
