haart Estate Agents in Rayleigh is seeking a Property Valuer to grow market share and outperform competitors. You will leverage local knowledge, build relationships with sellers, and drive new instructions with an ambitious delivery mindset.

The role offers a defined earnings target of £45,000 OTE, a company car, and uncapped commission. A training program leading to Level 2 Estate Agent qualification supports your progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual) and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Generate new and repeat business and gain new instructions.
• Market properties to buyers and prepare brochures with photos and descriptions.
• Manage contracts and upsell additional products as appropriate.
• Canvass the local area and participate in door-knocking and leaflet drops.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
