Role Description

We are looking to expand our award-winning Nottingham team after achieving great success. This is a full-time, on-site Property Valuer role located in Nottingham. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting property appraisals and valuations, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively both internally and with clients.

You will need estate agency experience; previous valuation/listing experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This role is ideal for a Senior Negotiator/Negotiator looking to advance their career or an experienced Property Valuer seeking to join a successful office and maximize earning potential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of property market trends and regulations
• Experience in property valuation or appraisal (preferred)
• Full UK driving license
