Accent Group Ltd is hiring a Property Transaction Officer to lead the coordination and delivery of property sales, transfers and acquisitions that support the long-term strategic goals. This role goes beyond transactional work, influencing portfolio value and resource investment for community benefits.

You’ll drive Accent's portfolio optimisation as part of the Asset Strategy team, collaborating with colleagues, customers, solicitors, agents, and external partners from approval to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading property disposals, acquisitions, stock rationalisation or asset management activities.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence managing multiple activities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating projects, programmes or transactions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating property sales, transfers and acquisitions.
• Managing steps to market and dispose of identified properties.
• Working with auction houses, agents and professional advisers.
• Monitoring progress across multiple transactions and programmes.
• Maintaining accurate records, data and performance reporting.
• Supporting governance and decision-making processes.
• Ensuring customers are supported throughout the transaction process.
