We believe everyone should have a safe and affordable place to call home. It’s this belief that drives everything we do and inspires us to go above and beyond for our customers. We pride ourselves in understanding their needs and delivering the best customer service, every time.
We’re also proud to be at the forefront of change. We’re on a journey of transformation, finding new ways to support our customers - and our people.
If you’re looking for a career where you can learn new skills, try new things and shape your future, there’s a place for you at Accent.
At Accent, every empty home represents an opportunity for someone to start a new chapter. As a Property Administrator, you'll play a critical role in helping customers move into a place they can call home.
This isn't your typical administration role. You'll be at the heart of the property re-let process, coordinating activities, solving problems, and working with a wide range of colleagues, contractors and external partners to ensure our homes are ready for new customers as quickly as possible.
If you're highly organised, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and love bringing people together to get things done, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Property Administrator, you'll coordinate the end-to-end process of preparing and re-letting our empty homes. From the moment a property becomes vacant until a new customer receives their keys, you'll help keep everything on track.
Every day, you'll help turn an empty property into a customer's future home.
By keeping the voids process moving efficiently, you'll help reduce the time a home sits empty, improve customer outcomes, and make a direct contribution to the communities we serve.
It's a role where your organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills genuinely make a difference.

If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes and information to achieve positive outcomes and help more customers move into their homes sooner.
The successful applicant will be subject to pre-Employment checks, such as DBS and social media screening, before an offer is confirmed.
