Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley in London is seeking an experienced Property Surveyor to lead investigations and manage non-routine repairs, disrepair claims, damp and mould issues, and major defects.

You will apply building diagnostics, HHSRS framework, and NHF Schedule of Rates to ensure safe, compliant homes while delivering value for money and excellent resident-focused service. A full driving licence and willingness to travel across Hackney, Islington, Haringey and surrounding areas are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing and resolving complex property repairs

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
