Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd in London is seeking a Commercial Surveyor with circa 2 years PQE to join a growing boutique practice. You will work on a broad range of professional surveying instructions for investors, occupiers, landlords and developers.

MRICS qualification is essential, with a degree in Real Estate or related field; UK driving licence preferred. The role offers a salary up to £45,000, a discretionary bonus, pension, and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with approximately 2 years PQE.
• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline.
• Commercial surveying experience within private practice or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the London commercial property market.
• Excellent report writing and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
