We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Sales Surveyor or someone willing to become one to cover the East coast of the Midlands area such as Thetford, Bury St. Edmonds, Norwich and surrounding areas. Experience is preferred but not essential for the right applicant. Property Sales Surveyor Role

In this field‑based role, you’ll utilise your expertise to survey properties, diagnose complex preservation issues, and provide tailored solutions. Your deep understanding of construction and building environments will be crucial in delivering accurate and effective recommendations. Daily travel is required, and you should be comfortable working largely alone once trained. Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills are paramount.

Requirements

• CSSW, CSTDB or relevant construction/built environment qualifications and experience (preferred but not essential)
• Proven track record in property preservation sales or surveying
• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Strong understanding of building pathology and preservation techniques
• Excellent problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on your role
