The fee for selling a property at auction is 2% (e.g., 2% of a £200,000 property is £4,000). As 'The Auction Expert', you receive 70% (£2,800). Generating two sales per month could earn you approximately £67,200 per year; three sales could earn around £100,800 annually, depending on property values.
