The fee for selling a property at auction is 2% (e.g., 2% of a £200,000 property is £4,000). As 'The Auction Expert', you receive 70% (£2,800). Generating two sales per month could earn you approximately £67,200 annually. Three sales per month could earn approximately £100,800 annually (based on average property values).
