Job summary

NPA Recruit is seeking a Property Solicitor for a Preston-based role offering 3-4 days in the office per week. The role covers residential and commercial property transactions with a focus on advisory and transactional support.

Qualified solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in property will handle drafting, negotiations, and title work while liaising with clients and professionals to ensure compliant, smooth transactions. A signing bonus is available as noted in the offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years PQE in Property.
• Experience in residential and commercial property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for residential and commercial property transactions.
• Conduct title investigations, searches, and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
• Oversee property sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing processes.
• Provide legal advice on property law, planning regulations, and lease agreements.
• Handle property-related disputes, including boundary issues and landlord-tenant conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and other legal requirements.
• Liaise with clients, agents, surveyors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
