Job Opportunity: Residential Property Solicitor

The property team at our client, rated by Chambers and Legal directories in the top tiers for Agriculture and Estates, Tax and Trusts, Charities, and other areas, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic and hardworking department based in Leeds. The team handles a busy caseload supporting various legal areas and generates its own work streams.

We are looking for candidates with experience and interest in some or all of the following:

1. Sales and purchases
2. Non-contentious landlord and tenant work
3. Secured borrowing and lending
4. Development sites, including ancillary documents such as easements, options, and pre-emption arrangements
5. Regular property work, including title queries and registration work

Previous experience, knowledge, or a genuine interest in niche areas such as landed estates, trusts, and charities would be advantageous but is not essential. Training will be provided in these areas where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a full caseload independently, using initiative to develop their skills, and collaborating within a collegiate team environment.
