Job description

Nelson Bridges has been retained by an excellent firm of Solicitors in Hexham to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor who will become an integral part of the team. The role:

• You will be responsible for your own caseload of Residential and Commercial matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, transfers of equity, and other general property matters under supervision.
• You will be able to deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations.
• An ability to deal with all aspects of Agricultural Law, including sales and purchases, FBT / AHA and business sale and purchase agreements would be desirable but not essential.
• You will work closely with Partners to develop client relationship skills and effectively scope and price work.
