Our client is in search of a Property Solicitor for a position located in Bristol. This role provides an engaging opportunity for a solicitor with commercial and residential experience, particularly in probates (both uncontested and contested) and estates administration. With at least 1 Year PQE under your belt, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of conveyancing cases, transfer of equity, buying & selling, remortgaging and more.

What you'll do:

As a Property Solicitor, your role will be to:

• Handle cases related to conveyancing, probates, and estates administration
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth case progression
• Establish yourself within the firm while networking and building relationships
• Manage various cases including transfer of equity, buying & selling, remortgaging
• Maintain high levels of client service at all times
