Broadacres Housing Association, based in Northallerton, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Services Operations Manager to join our team. As the Property Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property maintenance services.
Your main duties will include managing a team of maintenance colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all homes under our care are well-maintained and in compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline our maintenance operations and improve efficiency.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with other members of the management team to ensure that our property services meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property maintenance management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the property services industry. A relevant qualification in building/construction or a related field is preferred.
