Job Description:

• Lead and manage the Repairs, Maintenance, and Assets team
• Report to the Director of Housing Operations and oversee a team of 2 surveyors and an administrator
• Manage responsive repairs and planned investments
• Ensure delivery of a housing management service that meets customer expectations, regulatory standards, legislation, and organizational targets
• Manage stock condition surveys
• Lead decarbonisation and net zero projects for sustainable homes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

The Successful Applicant:

• Relevant recognised qualifications or minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in preparing and managing budgets
• Proven track record in delivering repairs and maintenance for residential properties
• Experience leading asset management strategy and stock condition surveys
• Within commuting distance to West Yorkshire
• Passion for and understanding of the Not-For-Profit housing sector
