Job summary

Abri Group is seeking a Sales & Resettlement Progressor to lead our property disposals programme across the South region. This role will manage end-to-end sales with a focus on delivering value and providing a tenant resettlement service.

The position can be based from Eastleigh, Bracknell or Yeovil offices with weekly travel to our London office, travel expenses paid. You’ll collaborate with agents, valuers, auctioneers, solicitors and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and compliant

Qualifications

• Strong background in progressing sales, ideally in residential property.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage own diary.
• Proven customer service experience with empathy and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties identified for sale after tenancy ends.
• Liaise with valuers, agents, auctioneers, solicitors and internal teams to prepare properties for marketing.
• Progress the sales process to completion and manage post-sale administration.
• Meet budget targets and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Engage with tenants in priority sale properties to support relocation with empathy.
• Collaborate with Voids and Lettings teams to maximise use of void properties.
